HEALING REVIVAL WEEK | Dr. A. L. Gill

The healing revival continued on its second day with the same fire and intense atmosphere. The praise and worship group started the service with 210 people in attendance and 31 newcomers.

The pastor of the Spring of Life Church, Rev. Kevork Tchaparian, greeted those present and  gave a brief introductory message from the Bible before inviting Papa Gill who talked about the healing power of God, the ‘thynamis’, dynamite power of God and our faith, the instigator, the switch which needs to be turned on for that power to be released and manifested. Papa Gill quoted Mark 5:24-34 and referred to the faith and healing of the woman with the issue of blood.

Next, Papa Gill quoted Acts 19:11 and mentioned the apostle Paul and how God used his handkerchiefs to impart His anointing. In order to confirm the fact that God is the same yesterday, today and forever, three people, namely Madelene Sarkissian, Sirarpi Hovsepian and Houry Hadjimanoukian, who had been suffering from pain in the neck, were called and asked to come forward. All three without exception were healed through the anointing imparted to them by the laying of handkerchiefs.

In order to prove to those present that it is through man in essence that the power of God is manifested and that handkerchiefs may be used as a means to transfer that power, Papa Gill asked the people to come forward to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, to speak in heavenly tongues, to get a fresh anointing and to receive boldness in witnessing for the Lord respectively.

Right after, Papa Gill called those who had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit ‘walking sticks of dynamite’ and asked three of those to lay their hands on three people who had been suffering from pain in the neck, namely Laurice Tchaparian, Hovhannes Kasparian and Sarine Shirinian, and all three were totally healed.

Natasha Jahny had been suffering from pain in the shoulder, neck and backbone as a result of a  car accident where she had been seriously hurt. She had a torn ligament and her bones had not healed. The Lord’s healing power hit her and at the end of the service, she walked out completely healed without the braces that she had had on her neck and forearm and the belt that she had been wearing on her midriff.

The Lord’s healing power also touched those who had been following the service through live streaming across the world. Hermine Khatchigian, who had been watching the service in Canada and who had been suffering from pain in her big toe, upon hearing the word of knowledge concerning arthritis (rheumatism),  laid her hands on her toes and the pain totally disappeared.

At the end, Papa Gill encouraged those who had not been healed yet to continue attending the revival meetings because “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God” (Romans 10:17).
